IAmDrLew.com is the official website of Mary S. Lewis, DAcCHM, L.Ac. (“Dr. Lew”). Classes and services on this site operate through Nubian Charms LLC d/b/a Nubian Charm Acupuncture & Wellness (the “Company”). We may collaborate with Nubian Charms Enterprises (our nonprofit partner) for scholarships and community programs.

Information We Collect

Identifiers: name, email, phone, time zone, city/state.
Registration details: selected cohort/track, preferences, optional goals/pain points.
Technical data: IP address, device/browser info, pages viewed, via cookies and similar technologies.
Payments: processed by our payment providers (e.g., Wix Payments, Square). We do not store full card numbers.
Class operations: emails/messages, intake surveys, Google Classroom membership details (if used), and event recordings (see “Recordings & Testimonials” below).

We share personal information with trusted service providers that help us operate: website host and bookings (Wix.com Ltd.), payments (Wix Payments/Square), email/CRM, analytics (Google LLC), advertising platforms (Meta, X), and classroom platforms (Google Classroom/Zoom). We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If we administer scholarships with our nonprofit partner, limited information may be shared to verify eligibility and deliver awards.

Recordings & Testimonials

Live classes may be recorded for enrolled participants’ replay access for a limited window. If you participate by voice, video, or chat, your contributions may appear in the recording. We do not publish recordings publicly without notice.
With your separate consent, we may use testimonials (e.g., your first name, statements, screenshots) in marketing. You can withdraw testimonial consent by emailing us.

International Transfers

If we transfer personal information outside your region, we use safeguards designed to protect your information consistent with applicable laws.

Retention

Registration and support records: up to 3 years after your last interaction.
Transaction and accounting records: 7 years (or as required by law).
Backups and logs: retained on rolling schedules consistent with security needs.
