Who We Are

This website, IAmDrLew.com (the “Site”), is operated by Mary S. Lewis, DAcCHM, L.Ac. (“Dr. Lew”) through Nubian Charms LLC d/b/a Nubian Charm Acupuncture & Wellness (“Company”). We may collaborate with Nubian Charms Enterprises (nonprofit partner) for scholarships and community programs.

Definitions

“Courses/Labs” means educational offerings including the ISM Reflexive Mastery Lab tracks (Ignition, Ascension, Rapid Immersion) and related materials.
“You” means the individual who accesses the Site and/or registers for a Course.
“ET” means Eastern Time.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Site, registering, or purchasing a Course, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or enroll.

Program Description; Changes

Courses are delivered online (e.g., Google Classroom, live sessions via Zoom/Meet) with limited-window replays as described at purchase. We may reasonably update content, instructors, modality, or schedules to improve quality or respond to circumstances.

Registration, Seats, and Credentials

Seat limits apply per session; once full, additional registrations may be waitlisted. A waitlist does not guarantee a seat.
Access credentials are personal and non-transferable. Sharing or selling access, materials, or links is prohibited. We may revoke access for misuse without refund.

Pricing, Taxes, and Errors

Prices are shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes/fees. We reserve the right to correct typographical or pricing errors and to cancel/refund in such cases.

Payments

Payment is due at checkout via our payment processors (e.g., Wix Payments, Square). We do not store full card numbers.

Refunds, Transfers, and No-Shows

Refunds, Transfers, and No-Shows
All sales are final. You may request a one-time transfer to a later cohort or to another participant up to 72 hours before your scheduled start time (ET), subject to availability. Requests received within 72 hours are not eligible for transfer. No-shows forfeit the seat and tuition.
If we cancel or materially reschedule a session, you may choose a rescheduled date, transfer, or a refund. This policy applies except where prohibited by law.

Rescheduling, Cancellation, and Force Majeure

We may reschedule or cancel due to low enrollment, instructor illness, platform outages, or force majeure (events beyond our reasonable control). If so, you may choose: (a) a rescheduled date, (b) transfer to another cohort, or (c) a refund.

Technology & Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for a stable internet connection and device readiness. Test Zoom/Meet and audio/video before class. We are not responsible for connectivity issues on your device/network.

Recordings, Replays, and Testimonials

Live sessions may be recorded for enrolled participants’ limited-window replay. Your image, voice, name, and chat may appear in recordings. Replays/materials are for enrolled participants only; do not copy, download, screen-record, or share.
Testimonials (including first name, statements, screenshots) are used only with your separate consent.

Intellectual Property & License

All content—slides, worksheets, replays, images, branding, and trademarks (including ISM and Reflexive Healing™)—is owned by Nubian Charms LLC / Dr. Lew or licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use materials for your own learning. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works without written permission. All rights reserved.

Health & Results Disclaimers

Courses are for educational purposes only and not medical advice. No provider-patient relationship is formed. We do not guarantee exam outcomes, grades, or specific results.

Age & Eligibility

Services are intended for adults and older students. If you are under the age of majority, a parent/guardian must register on your behalf.

Communications (Email/SMS)

If you opt in to SMS, you agree to class reminders/updates. Message frequency varies; message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent; you can unsubscribe anytime.

Third-Party Services & Links

We use third-party platforms (e.g., Wix, Google Classroom, Zoom, Meta, X). Their terms/policies govern your use of those services. We are not responsible for external sites.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company, Dr. Lew, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or use, arising from or related to your participation or use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the affected Course.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, Dr. Lew, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws. Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above reflects the latest version. Continued use or participation after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Miscellaneous

Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
No Waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights/obligations without our consent; we may assign to an affiliate or successor.
Entire Agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement regarding the Services.
Notices. Email to YesItsMe@IAmDrLew.com constitutes written notice.
